EF-Electrolysis  Free generator 高頻無電解細(xì)修電源可達(dá)Ra0.4以下的光潔度,

SFC-Super  Finish Circuit 可選用超鏡面電源,更可達(dá)到Ra0.2以下的表面光潔度

Features of  the VG Series Wire Cutting Machine

1.  A high rigidity mechanical structure coupled  with computer-aided design and FEM analysis provides the foundation of  precision for the design of superior mechanical structures.

2.The  EF-Electrolysis Free high frequency generator provides electroless fine  repair power capable of reaching a surface finish less than Ra0.4.

3.  The SFC-Super Finish Circuit: with the  optional super finish power can reach a surface finish less than Ra0.2.

4.  DPM-Digital Power Manager: the fully  digitized discharge control technology, provides perfect speed and accuracy  for processing that requires angular precision or has segment deviation or  works on parts .

5.  AWT-High Speed AWT: a high-speed automatic  wire threading system, uses the wire annealing straightening mechanism to do  automatic wire threading at a breaking point, or takes high-pressure water  jet threading at a high drop situation.

6.  The Wire Consumption mechanism can  automatically compensate the copper wire consumption and reduce the  consumption volume, especially compared to the previous generation models  when it comes to high workpiece processing, saving about 35% of the copper  wire consumption.

高剛性鑄件設(shè)計(jì)，配合**的支柱設(shè)計(jì)(RIB)來承載立柱，降低鑄件應(yīng)力所造成的變形，以達(dá)到高精密加工。

加大機(jī)臺(tái)基座跨距設(shè)計(jì)，提高機(jī)械穩(wěn)定度。

設(shè)計(jì)堅(jiān)固的U/V軸鑄件，提供穩(wěn)定的切割精度

不鏽鋼工作檯面，硬度達(dá)到HRC50度 

採用C1等級(jí)滾珠導(dǎo)螺桿及超精密級(jí)線性滑軌，及採用高應(yīng)達(dá)之AC伺服馬達(dá)傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)，光學(xué)尺安裝於靠近滾珠螺桿位置全閉環(huán)路控制,以達(dá)到0.1u㎜的移動(dòng)精度。”

全系列機(jī)臺(tái)皆經(jīng)雷射校正儀及Ball Bar循圓量測儀,實(shí)施機(jī)械移動(dòng)精度校正。

Machine Characteristics

1.  The  design of high-rigidity casting hosts the best pillar design (RIB) to bear  the column and reduce deformation caused by the casting stress, so as to  reach high-precision machining.

2.  The  enlarged machine base improves the mechanical stability.

3.  The  sturdy U / V axes casting provides a stable cutting precision.

4.  The  stainless steel workbench has a hardness of HRC50 degree.

5.  The  C1-class ball screws and super precision linear gliding rails, along with a  high AC servo motor drive system and the optical scale mounted in a closed  loop control adjacent to the ball screw position, enable a 0.1u㎜ movement accuracy.

6. The whole series of machines go through  mechanical movement precision calibration with the laser measurement system instrument  and Ball Bar circular measurement instrument.

加工電源系統(tǒng)

EF-Electrolysis  Free generator 無電解細(xì)修電源,全時(shí)使用AC無電解放電加工,加工鈦合金或超硬鎢鋼材料表面不會(huì)發(fā)生電解,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)電源光潔度可達(dá)Ra0.4以下,並且因工件加工後軟化成較小,使模具有很良好的壽命

SFC-Super  Finish Circuit 可選用超鏡面電源,採用非常高頻率的加工電流，使加工五刀時(shí)便可達(dá)到Ra0.2以下的表面光潔度，並且有良好的成形精度。

The Power System  for Processing:

The  electroless fine finish power produced by the EF-Electrolysis Free generator  allows full-time using AC electroless discharge processing on titanium alloys  or super-hard tungsten steel without electrolysis on the material surface, and  can reach a standard power finish less than Ra0.4; and the workpiece becomes smaller  of softened layer after being processed, the mold can have an excellent  service life.

The  SFC-Super Finish Circuit can use the optional super mirror power for very high  frequency machining current so that when it comes to the processing of five  knife fittings, the surface finish can be less than Ra0.2, and with very good  forming precision.
