工作原理:

該機(jī)是一種高效的傳導(dǎo)型連續(xù)干燥設(shè)備。此機(jī)通過傳熱壁傳熱給物料，部分蒸汽進(jìn)入外殼和筒體內(nèi)壁之間的環(huán)狀空間，通過內(nèi)壁對物料進(jìn)行加熱，冷凝水從底部疏水閥口排出；另一部分蒸汽進(jìn)入主軸和盤管，對主軸和盤管進(jìn)行加熱，冷凝水從疏水旋轉(zhuǎn)接頭口處排出。物料隨著軸的旋轉(zhuǎn)，在輪葉和盤管的共同作用下得到充分的攪拌和混合，從而使物料同轉(zhuǎn)軸、盤管表面接觸最大。二次蒸汽從外殼的頂部汽室通過引風(fēng)管道排出，管道內(nèi)保持有微弱的真空度，使廢蒸汽不致外泄，同時也避免吸收過多的冷空氣。安裝在主軸上的撥料板位于加熱盤管之間，它既可以推動物料隨向前運(yùn)動，又有自潔作用，能清除軸、筒壁上的覆蓋層，以保持良好的傳熱能力。
